Your Reiki Session

Before Your Session

1. Reflect

Try to find time before your session to reflect and check in with your body. Take note of  any emotions, thoughts or physical

sensations your are feeling. You may also want to set an intention for your session.

 

2. Get Comfortable

Dress comfortably you will be lying down for your session so dress in comfortable clothing. You will also remove your shoes so it's best to wear socks. 

 

3. Eat & Hydrate

Reiki works best when you are able to fully focus on the session. Try to eat a light lunch or snack before and drink water to hydrate your body.

Following Your Session

1. Integrate

Most of the benefits of Reiki occur right after your session. So try to find time following your session to reflect on any thing that may have come up for you. You can do this by sitting quietly, taking a walk, journaling or even taking a nap.
